Yeah, taller boots are usually our choice when it comes to offering hot footwear. But we really wanted to help out a friend here – AND - we don’t often get smaller sizes in – AND - we couldn’t resist these – AND - the young man wearing them for our pics really got off on how great they looked and felt on him even though he also prefers tall boots.

So here is a nice pair of vintage Noconas that are in much better shape than they oughta be when you take in how long ago they were made – before Warren Buffett turned the whole company more toward rubber and plastic . . . and China.

This pair is built entirely from quality roughout cowhide and the suede nap is in outright GRRRRREAT condition for a boot that really was worn for its intended purpose.

These belong to a genuine paniolo (Hawaiian cowboy) who rode on the island of Lana’I in them- and that was before Larry Ellison bought the whole rock and plowed under the pastures and pineapple in favor of luxury golf and McMansions.

So at a starting price of $49, these are a prize. If you’re blessed to be able to pull on a 7 or 7-1/2, get these things on your feet while you can.

Original box, too, if you wish.

See lots more of them at the blue link below.

Thanks for looking, guys!
