: Sam, Wesco makes sizes from 3 1/2 A to super giant sizes. Who told you they don't make a 7.5 or 8 in a 16" boot.....they are made everyday at their factory. You have to understand that the taller shaft boot is not normally carried in stock, but it is manufactured for Wesco customers with standard sizing with NO custom fitting charges. The 11" boots is their normal stock height. Go to and play with the website and look at their "seconds" and you might find something there that would fit you at a reduced price. When you into the custom items, such as 18" & 20" heights, leather lining, quarter slips, raised heel and other items, yes, those items do cost and remember the taller the more expensive. If you need information about where to order these boots, look at the various WESCO dealers all across the USA....

Thanks for the response. I contacted both Big Black Boots and Stompers, the answer regarding the 16" engineer was the same. They don't manufacture a size 7.5 in those inches. Will try again. Thank you for your response. I appreciate your having done so. Regards.
