Sept 2 - 7 -	SOUTHERN DECADENCE in New Orleans.  It all started thirty-eight years ago as a simple going-away party and has evolved into one of the world's major annual events.  It's a top gay Labor Day Weekend destination, one of the largest annual celebrations in New Orleans, and has become known as the "Gay Mardi Gras."  Get all the information about the event at the Southern Decadence web site.
