thanks Ed hmmmmm...think I'll pass. during one visit to Minneapolis we were taken to a nice place downtown for dinner after work. everyone was eating what I think they called fried Artic Char. that was the grossest crap I've ever seen. the whole blasted fish was fried and when plated and presented to the customer it was poke with something sharp and all sorts of steam and what seemed like orange colored gook came out. no way. hahahaha.... funny how we all get accustomed to our own gross foods. : - ) we have plenty down here.
