Many years back I had the same issue, I loved tall boots but would wear them under my jeans. I felt I needed an excuse, so I started taking horseback riding lessons. I felt that would justify it. Well, it just made me more confident to wear my boots over my jeans (among other things). As many of my fellow bootmen have said. Do be afraid, donít be self-conscious. Weíre your boots like itís perfectly normal. You will get compliments, and yes most will come from women, but men are just too reserved to say anything. I have had several male TSA agents say nice things.
Wear your boots with pride and confidence; youíll be fine. Start small and work your way up.
